January: The month after a season of indulgence, when we’re conscious of getting back on track with our healthy eating regime. But that’s not to say you can’t still have a balance of nutritious food and treats! Our no-refined sugar, caffeine-free carob bars make a tasty addition to this warming breakfast recipe – baked oats packed with raspberries and banana to keep you full all morning.



  • 150g rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • ¬Ĺ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large banana, mashed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 350ml almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large handful raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 x 40g Merry Berry Supertreats Bar, chopped into chunks


Get making!

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and lightly grease an ovenproof dish.
  2. Mix together the oats, coconut sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together the mashed banana, egg, almond milk and vanilla and pour into the dry ingredients. Mix in the raspberries and Supertreats chunks then pour into the dish.
  4. Arrange the banana slices on top then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden – then enjoy hot or cold!
