With Valentine’s Day coming up we thought we’d get in the mood for love and make these gorgeous, super indulgent, no refined sugar carob puddings with chunks of our Supertreats inside and melted on top! Paired with berries for a fruity touch, they are sure to go down a treat and win some brownie points :)



  • 150g gluten-free flour
  • 75g coconut sugar
  • 4 tablespoons carob powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 pieces Supertreats Merry Berry bar
  • Coconut oil for greasing

For the sauce -

  • 2 x Silky Milky bars, broken into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Fresh mixed berries to serve


Get making!

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and grease and line 4 x 150ml pudding tins.
  2. Mix together the flour, coconut sugar, carob powder, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Whisk the almond milk, egg and vanilla then pour into the dry ingredients. Mix well to combine and form a slightly thick batter.
  4. Spoon some of the mixture into each tin up to half way and place a chunk of Supertreats Merry Berry in the middle. Now spoon over the rest of the mixture to reach the top. Place the tins on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile gently melt the Supertreats Silky Milky with the coconut oil.
  6. Leave the puddings for 5 minutes then run a knife around each and tip out each pudding. Pour over some of the sauce so it runs down the sides then top with some berries – and enjoy!
