With winter fast approaching, nothing beats a comforting crumble for dessert. You can use whatever fruit you want but the combination of pears and blueberries together with our Merry Berry Supertreats bar is a match made in pudding heaven – perfect to dig into after a long weekend walk out in the cold!


For the fruit -

  • 3 large pears, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 100g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoons cornflour

For the crumble topping -

  • 4 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons oat flour
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • ¬Ĺ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons solid coconut oil
  • 1 x Merry Berry Supertreats bar, chopped into small chunks


Get making!

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and lightly grease an oven proof dish.
  2. Stir the fruit together with the coconut sugar and cornflour then place in the bottom on the dish in one generous layer.
  3. Use your hands to mix together all of the crumble ingredients, rubbing in to form a crumble texture.
  4. Scatter this over the fruit and bake for 20 minutes (cover with foil after 5 minutes to prevent burning).
  5. Dish out hot or leave to cool – either way, enjoy!
