Ideal for breakfast-on-the-go, an energy-boosting snack to get you through the afternoon, or a post-gym refuel, these no-bake Granola Bars are exactly what you need! Packed with dried fruits, seeds and chunks of our NEW Cheery Chia carob bar (or you can use another Supertreats flavour you prefer), these delicious snacks are sure to go down a treat for both children and adults alike!


Makes: 9-12 bars


  • 100g rolled oats
  • 50g plain puffed rice
  • 25g desiccated coconut
  • 25g mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 25g goji berries
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • 1 x 40g bar Supertreats Cheery Chia Bar, diced


How to make:

  1. Mix together the oats, puffed rice, coconut, seeds and berries in a large bowl.
  2. Melt the coconut oil, maple syrup and nut butter then set aside and leave to cool slightly.
  3. Pour this into the dry ingredients along with the diced Cheery Chia bar pieces and mix together really well – it should be a little sticky and come together nicely.
  4. Line a 9 x 9in baking tin with greaseproof paper then tip the mixture in and spread out evenly. Pack it in really tightly then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  5. When you’re ready to serve, lift out the whole batch and place on a chopping board. Cut into 9-12 squares then enjoy!
