A super easy, delicious recipe that requires no baking and can be stored in the fridge for a week, these little flapjack bites covered in melted Supertreats make a great snack or treat when sugar cravings hit. Packed with fibre and natural sweetness, all the family are guaranteed to enjoy these!


For the flapjack base -

  • 150g rolled oats
  • 100g dates, stoned
  • 6 tablespoons choice of nut butter
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (can be solid or melted)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¬Ĺ teaspoon vanilla extract

For the topping -

  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 2 x 40g Supertreats Silky Milky bars, broken into pieces

To decorate (optional) -

  • Freeze-dried raspberries

Get making!

  1. First soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and place in a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse on a high setting until the mixture breaks down and comes together.
  2. Tip into a lined tupperware box or tin and press the mixture down using your fingers to spread out evenly and pack down tightly. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  3. Gently melt the coconut oil and Supertreats carob bar then pour this over the base to cover. Sprinkle over freeze-dried raspberries if using. Return to the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  4. When ready to serve, remove from the fridge, cut into bites and enjoy!
